Frequently asked questions.

What kind of work do you offer?

My work centers on trauma-informed coaching, writing, and speaking. I support women healing from childhood trauma, neglect, religious harm, and relational or domestic abuse—particularly those who have spent much of their lives in survival roles and are ready to live differently, with more agency, self-trust, and voice.

Is your coaching trauma-informed?

Yes. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and paced with nervous system safety in mind. I don’t rush healing or use prescriptive methods. This work is about restoring choice, grounding in the body, and rebuilding self-trust. With consent, care, and respect at the center.

How do I know if this work is right for me?

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. If something here feels familiar or resonant, that’s often enough to explore further. This work may be a fit if you’re healing from long-term survival patterns, untangling your identity from past trauma, or learning how to trust yourself again.

You’re always welcome to reach out with questions before deciding to work together.

Do you still offer marketing, CRM, or content strategy services?

No. My work has evolved, and I am no longer offering CRM, email marketing, or content strategy services. My focus is now fully on coaching, writing, speaking, and creative work rooted in healing, voice reclamation, and lived experience.

Can I book you for speaking engagements or podcasts?

Yes. I’m currently available for podcast interviews, panels, and speaking engagements. Common topics include trauma recovery, domestic and relational abuse, religious deconstruction, reclaiming voice after survival, feminist motherhood, and writing as a tool for healing.

More information is available on the Speaking page, or you can reach out directly through the contact form.

What is Quiet Rebellion about?

Quiet Rebellion is a memoir about survival, healing, and reclaiming one’s voice after trauma. It explores childhood trauma and neglect, religious harm, motherhood, and survival in adulthood, with a focus on returning to the self after years of living in response to others. It’s written for those who have felt unseen, unheard, or shaped by systems that failed to protect them.
