By reserving a table at Bay Bound Books, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before completing your purchase.

Event hours: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Vendor setup: 5:10 – 5:50 PM
Breakdown: 8:00 – 9:00 PM

Table Fee
The table fee is $50, paid in full at the time of reservation. Tables are assigned first come, first served.
Table fees are non-refundable. If you can't attend, you're welcome to transfer your table to another local author or maker — just let me know in writing before the event who's taking your place.

Setup and Breakdown
CURV Exchange closes to retail at 5:00 PM. Vendor setup begins at 5:10 PM and must be complete by 5:50 PM.
A few retail customers may still be finishing their visit while you're setting up. Please be gracious and work around them.
Breakdown begins at 8:00 PM and must be complete by 9:00 PM. You're responsible for leaving your space clean and clear.

Conduct
Please stay at your table for the duration of the event, and treat attendees, fellow vendors, venue staff, and me with respect.
I reserve the right to remove any vendor whose conduct is disruptive, harassing, or unsafe. No refund will be issued in that circumstance.

Merchandise
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell everything on your table. Food and beverage items may not be sold. I reserve the right to ask that any item be removed from display.

Liability
You are solely responsible for your own merchandise, equipment, cash, and personal property. Neither Bay Bound Books nor CURV Exchange is liable for any item lost, damaged, or stolen before, during, or after the event.

If the Event Is Cancelled
If I cancel the event, or the venue cancels, table fees will be refunded in full.
If severe weather makes the outdoor space unusable, affected vendors will be moved indoors where capacity allows, or refunded if relocation isn't possible.

Promotion and Photography
By reserving a table, you give permission for your name, business name, images of your work, and photographs taken at the event to be used in promotion of Bay Bound Books — for this event and future editions.

Who this is for: Local authors with books to sign and sell, and makers of bookish goods — candles, bookmarks, art, book sleeves, and anything else a reader would love.
Please note: Only 15 tables are available for the first Bay Bound Books, and they're first come, first served. Table fees are non-refundable. Once your payment goes through, I'll follow up with everything you need to know before event day.
